Granting User Access to Google Ads

Step 1: Log In to Google Ads

  1. Click on the “Admin” in the left menu
  2. Click “Access and Security”

Step 2: Invite New User

  1. Select the connected pixel in the Tracking Pixels section, click the Ads Integration tab, and copy the UTM Tracking Template
  2. Log in to your Meta Ads Manager and navigate to the campaign level
  3. Access the option to add URL parameters
  4. Paste the tracking template. It includes all necessary parameters, such as ad set name, ad ID, and campaign ID
  5. Proceed to verify your ads

Step 3 – Send Invitation

  1. Enter the user’s email address
  2. Choose the access level: Admin
  3. Click Send Invitation
