Step 1: Go to “Settings”
- Log in to your GoHighLevel account
- On the left sidebar, scroll down and click Settings

Step 4: Integrate GOOGLE
Google integration covers:
- Google Sign-in
- Google Calendar
- Google My Business (for messaging)
- Google Ads (for call tracking + conversion tracking)
- Gmail (for sending/receiving emails)
Step-by-Step
- Go to Settings
- Click Integrations
- Choose Google
- Click Connect
- Select the Google account
- Allow all permissions
After connecting:
- Your Google Calendar will sync
- You can send emails via Gmail
- You can track Google Ads calls from Call Tracking tab
- You can reply to Google Business Messages inside GHL
Step 5: Integrate Facebook & Instagram (Meta)
This enables:
- FB Lead Ads
- IG Lead Ads
- Messenger replies inside GHL
- Ad attribution
- Social planner posting
Step-by-Step
- Go to Settings
- Click Integrations
- Under Meta, click Connect
- Log in with the Facebook account that has access to:
- Facebook Page
- Instagram Account
- Business Manager
- Ad Account
- Allow ALL permissions (very important)
After connecting:
- You can run Facebook Lead Ads + send leads into GHL automatically
- Messenger + Instagram DM appear inside Conversations
- Social Planner can schedule content on FB & IG
- GHL can track which ads are generating leads
Step 6: Integrate Google Business Profile (GBP))
This allows:
- GBP chat messages inside GHL
- Review request automation
- Reply reviews inside GHL
- GBP call tracking
Step-by-Step
- Go to Settings
- Click Integrations
- Under Google, click Connect
- Choose the same Google account that manages your GBP listing
- Select the GBP location you want to connect
After connecting:
- GHL will import GBP messages
- You can reply to reviews inside GHL
- Workflows can send automated review requests
- You can track call & message events from GBP
