How to Integrate Google & Meta

Step 1: Go to “Settings”

  1. Log in to your GoHighLevel account
  2. On the left sidebar, scroll down and click Settings

Step 2: Click Integrations

Step 3: Click Integrations

Step 4: Integrate GOOGLE

Google integration covers:

  1. Google Sign-in
  2. Google Calendar
  3. Google My Business (for messaging)
  4. Google Ads (for call tracking + conversion tracking)
  5. Gmail (for sending/receiving emails)


Step-by-Step

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Click Integrations
  3. Choose Google
  4. Click Connect
  5. Select the Google account
  6. Allow all permissions


After connecting:

  1. Your Google Calendar will sync
  2. You can send emails via Gmail
  3. You can track Google Ads calls from Call Tracking tab
  4. You can reply to Google Business Messages inside GHL

Step 5: Integrate Facebook & Instagram (Meta)

This enables:

  1. FB Lead Ads
  2. IG Lead Ads
  3. Messenger replies inside GHL
  4. Ad attribution
  5. Social planner posting

 

Step-by-Step

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Click Integrations
  3. Under Meta, click Connect
  4. Log in with the Facebook account that has access to:
  5. Facebook Page
  6. Instagram Account
  7. Business Manager
  8. Ad Account
  9. Allow ALL permissions (very important)

 

After connecting:

  1. You can run Facebook Lead Ads + send leads into GHL automatically
  2. Messenger + Instagram DM appear inside Conversations
  3. Social Planner can schedule content on FB & IG
  4. GHL can track which ads are generating leads

Step 6: Integrate Google Business Profile (GBP))

This allows:

  1. GBP chat messages inside GHL
  2. Review request automation
  3. Reply reviews inside GHL
  4. GBP call tracking


Step-by-Step

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Click Integrations
  3. Under Google, click Connect
  4. Choose the same Google account that manages your GBP listing
  5. Select the GBP location you want to connect


After connecting:

  1. GHL will import GBP messages
  2. You can reply to reviews inside GHL
  3. Workflows can send automated review requests
  4. You can track call & message events from GBP
