Create a User in GoHighLevel

Step 1: Go to “Settings”

  1. Log in to your GoHighLevel account
  2. On the left sidebar, scroll down and click Settings

Step 2: Select “Team / Users”

  1. On the top right: + Add User 

Step 3: Fill in User Details

  1. Full Name
  2. Email Address (IMPORTANT: Their login email)
  3. Phone Number (optional)
  4. Password (optional – user can also set it later)

Step 4: Set User Roles & Permissions

  1. Choose the ::
    1. User Type – “Account”
    2. User Role – “User”
    3. Check – Restrict Access to selected sub-accounts 
    4. Select partner account

Step 5: Copy Permissions

  1. For partner account –
