Step 1: Go to Sites

  1. Log in to your GHL account
  2. On the left menu, click Sites
  3. Click Forms
  4. Select Form Builder

Step 2: Create a New Form

  1. Click + Create New Form
  2. Choose Form Builder 

Step 3: Add Form Fields

  1. Create Form Details according to partner’s
  2. Add hidden fields
    1. utm source
    2. utm term
    3. utm content
    4. utm medium
    5. utm campaign

Step 4: Embed or Use the Form in a Website

  1. In Form Builder, click Integrate Form
  2. Choose Embed Code
  3. Copy the HTML script
  4. Paste into your WordPress & Elementor site
